DTY Semi-Dull Raw White Series （50D-600D）

50D/36F and 50D/72F SIM are used on circular knitting machines for medium- to high-end knitted fabrics. 75D/36F and 100D/36F NIM are used on circular knitting machines for making jersey, bird's-eye fabric, and more. 120D/72F NIM is used on large circular knitting machines for making milky fabric.

The 150D, 200D, 250D, and 300D NIM are primarily used on circular knitting machines for weft yarns, primarily for luggage fabrics, home textiles, and decorative fabrics.

The 450D and 600D SIM are primarily used on circular knitting machines for warp or weft yarns, and are used for a wide range of applications, including carpets, advertising fabrics, and decorative fabrics. 75D/72F, 75D/144F, 100D/96F, and 100D/144F SIM are used on circular knitting machines for warp yarns, primarily for pongee apparel fabrics.
The 150D, 200D, 250D, and 300D NIM series are primarily used for warp yarns on waterjet machines and are also used for weaving ribbons, luggage fabrics, home textile decorative fabrics, curtain fabrics, and sofa fabrics. The 100D, 150D, 200D, 250D, and 300D HIM can be used on air-jet and rapier machines for luggage fabrics, home textile decorative fabrics, curtain fabrics, and sofa fabrics.

The 150D/96F and 150D/144F SIM circular knitting machines primarily produce non-reversible fleece. The 75D/144F and 75D/72F SIM circular knitting machines produce polar fleece. The 150D/288F, 200D/288F, and 300D/576F high-filament products are used on circular knitting machines for plush products and chenille yarns, and warp knitting for coral fleece, lambskin, flannel, and other fleece products. 600D/192F NIM and high-elasticity are mainly used for mattress filling.   The 75D/36F 1Heater is ideal for circular knitting, especially in mask ear loops, offering a gentle stretch, smooth touch, and lasting comfort.
